Entrance doors are often exposed to extreme temperature differences. In winter, for example, when it’s freezing outside but inside the heating is on. These temperature differences can add up to over 30 degrees Celsius, especially at night. A true test for an entrance door – and one that our ADORO doors easily master. Because while inferior doors warp as the metal components contract in the cold and expand in the heat, our technology ensures a perfect fit. For ADORO doors have a high-quality insulating layer to thermally separate the metal components of your door from the outer panel. This completely eliminates expansion and contraction.

In times of increased domestic burglaries, the entrance door is often a vulnerable point. With ADORO, you can turn it into a strength: Our certified doors comply with the European resistance classes RC 2 and RC 3 and are always secured with a strong triple lock. This protects your home from physical violence and burglary tools. You also have the option of adding further security levels – even at a later date.

Thermal insulation is becoming increasingly important. That is why ADORO doors bear the certificate of the authorised testing institute ift Rosenheim. Thanks to an extremely low heat transfer coefficient starting at just 0.49 W/m2K, our doors are a natural choice even for low-energy houses. To achieve such excellent figures, we go well beyond the standard: Instead of the usual three or even only two sealing points, ADORO doors are sealed four times. And for our glass doors, we use triple or even quadruple thermal insulation glazing.

ENGINEERING MEETS PASSION

Door locks are sensitive to moisture, which can quickly turn into rust. Not with ADORO: Our doors have an all-round, fourfold welded centre seal in the fourfold sealing system. This is the only special system that protects all components and the power supply of your door lock as well as the mechanical parts of your door. This ensures that these sensitive areas are always dry and clean – and smooth opening and closing is guaranteed.

OUR ALUMINIUM ENTRANCE DOOR

In three years of development and in close cooperation with the profile manufacturer SCHÜCO, the engineers at ADORO have developed a technically unique aluminium entrance door. One of the many advantages that our aluminium front door has to offer: A four-seal system with a specially developed and protected EPDM centre seal mould welded into all four corners for superior thermal protection. As a result, ADORO is one of the first European manufacturers of aluminium entrance doors to hold a test certificate with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.64 W/m²K, issued by IFT Rosenheim. The values are tested according to DIN EN ISO 10077-1 by IFT Rosenheim.

Since the sales launch in 2010 and our trade fair presentation in Milan at MADEexpo 2011, ADORO has introduced its corner-welded construction at the International Trade Fair Fensterbau/Frontale 2012 in Nuremberg. Many industry players were so convinced by our combination of technology, quality and design that they expanded their range to include our products.
